We are a dynamic company actively acquiring, consolidating and running MSP/TSP businesses in Australia.
With a strategic focus on growth and expansion, we aim to bridge the gap created during acquisitions, specifically addressing the challenge of client relationship management when the original owners exit the business.
Job Description:
Manage a $2.4mil Annual Revenue portfolio of clients.
Drive Engagement, Retention, and Revenue Growth in a planned, structured recurring way.
Key Outcomes:
Client Retention
Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of valued clients.
Lead recurring IT cadence meetings (monthly or quarterly) to keep clients informed and engaged.
Ensure revenue and gross profit retention by aligning clients with our full product and service stack, including MSP, M365, Azure/Cloud, Cybersecurity, BCDR, Phones, Internet, Hardware, and Software.
Manage a renewals calendar, focusing on retention and upsell opportunities.
Revenue and Profit Growth
Drive a 25% annual increase in revenue and gross profit through client portfolio management and referrals generated via high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to achieve and maintain a minimum 9 out of 10 client satisfaction score.
Actively seek referrals from satisfied clients, leveraging NPS scores.
Contribute to Company Growth
Engage in our company's Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), contributing to growth and scalability initiatives.

Requirements:
You must have MSP / TSP industry experience.
Strong IT infrastructure knowledge for SMEs.
Technical Foundation: Possess foundational technical knowledge, particularly in Microsoft technologies, networks, BCDR (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery), Cybersecurity, Hardware, Software, Telephony and Internet connectivity.
Proven experience as an Account Manager or Client Relationship Manager or Sales in MSP / TSP industry.
Demonstrated success in managing client portfolios and achieving targets.
Exceptional Time Management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
