About the Role: Are you a dynamic and driven professional with a passion for building strong relationships with clients? We're excited to welcome an Account Manager to our Manpower Specialist Federal Government recruitment team who will play a pivotal role in our continued success. As an Account Manager, you will primarily focus on nurturing and expanding relationships with our Federal Government clients in Canberra.
Your responsibilities will include:
Recruitment and management of Government Scribes. Understanding and meeting the unique needs of our Government clients. Pricing negotiations (by the hour or project). Sourcing high demand Government Scribes and scheduling interviews. Participating in government recruitment panels and drawing up candidates reports. Engaging with key decision-makers and stakeholders to develop new opportunities. Developing new business within your current portfolio and maintaining existing relationships. Strategically mapping your clients to understand their needs and requirements. Working closely with our Recruitment Delivery team to ensure they understand clients' requirements. Collaborating with the Candidate Engagement team to maximize candidate experience. Developing and maintaining industry networks and your personal brand. We're looking for: In order to be considered for this exciting role, you should have:
Previous government recruitment experience. Experience selling unbundled recruitment services. Confidence and an excellent can-do attitude. Persuasion and influencing skills. Experience in Account Management. Ability to deep dive into a client's ecosystem to fully understand their environment and needs. Sales and client relationship management experience preferred. Strong communication skills. Demonstrated relationship-building skills. What's In It For You?
