What you will enjoy doing You take ownership of the region's growth and retention strategy, including volume targets and margin setting, strategic customer planning, and implement and maintain a structured call cycle and sales pipelineMaintaining a high level of customer focused activity, be out on the road serving your key customers as much as possible, you definitely do not like sitting in an officeCustomer Management: Deliver market leading service and support to Elgas' high value commercial customers in your regionGenerating New Business, take the lead in identifying, developing, and commercializing new customers to ElgasYou will skillfully move customers through the sales process by selling the value of Elgas, utilizing negotiation and objection handling skills to navigate a win/win outcome for Elgas and the customerCollaborating closely with local branch staff, fellow sales team members across Qld, and industry stakeholders, to build a supporting networkMaintaining relevant data in our system and producing coherent reports that demonstrate your knowledge and strategic plan for your regionWhat makes you great Demonstrated sales experience from any industry – no LPG experience necessary, we will fully train youYou want to work for a global organization that offers career advancement, training and coaching opportunities, and a leadership structure that believes in a culture of personal wellbeing, empowerment, and individual developmentYour strong desire to serve customers, motivation to deliver a high level of daily activity, and a passion for sales will aid you well in this positionEnjoy being out of the office in front of people, you take initiative and are a self-starter with very good time management skillsYou'll be given a brand-new company vehicle, plus all tools of trade to operate autonomouslyPossess an excellent verbal and written communication skills, and excellent personal presentationAble to work independently with minimum supervision with excellent abilities to time manage and prioritizeYou are open and transparent.
