About the opportunity..We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join the ELMO team in Brisbane in our Growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships, with a particular emphasis on ensuring the successful renewal of contracts as well as capitalising on opportunities to upsell and cross sell within an allocated portfolio of customers.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for growth accounts, in the mid market space, fostering strong, long-term relationships that drive client satisfaction and retention.SaaS Renewals: Take ownership of the renewal process, working closely with clients to ensure that our solutions continue to meet their needs and negotiating favorable terms that support both client objectives and company goals.Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services, contributing to the overall growth of the account.Data-Driven Insights: Utilise client performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations, ensuring that our solutions are fully aligned with client goals.Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to deliver a seamless and integrated client experience.
