While this role is based in Caboolture, occasional domestic and international travel will be required.Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, you will be accountable for maintaining customer relations, developing sales opportunities, and providing customer support.More specifically, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Conducting in-person and virtual visits to customer sites to maintain relations and develop sales opportunitiesDeveloping new customers in designated areasIdentifying sales leads and following through to order placementHandling inbound customer sales inquiries and providing quotations, product/service information, support, and pricing detailsFollowing up on arrangements for Trade Shows, Expos, and ConferencesAssisting with projects/deliverables and accounts receivablesCompiling tenders and quotesDeveloping customer presentations and communicationsMore About YouIn order to qualify for this role, you will ideally have a technical background (Network & IT) and a demonstrated understanding of WiFi and communication techniques used within the mining industry.
