The Role This is a permanent part time opportunity requiring availability on three days spread out across the week, including early morning starts for MDTs (Multidisciplinary Team meetings) for a candidate who is passionate about sales and enjoys administrative tasks equally in the Central Brisbane region. You will drive sales revenue growth and increased market share in the Central Brisbane region by strengthening relationships and increasing depth and breadth of referrals from current and future referrers. You will also communicate the value of our products and services to referrers and to feedback referrer response and competitor information to I-MED Management, Radiologists and key clinic staff, to achieve business goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for the implementation and administration of regular multi-disciplinary team (MDT) meetings.
Key responsibilities Drive Growth in Sales Revenue and Procedure Numbers - Develop and enhance referrer relationships and engagement levels to improve the financial performance of the business. Develop and Execute Territory Sales Plans to drive growth, improve financial performance and combat competition through marketing led initiatives including brand, service, product and pricing differentiation. Implementation and Administration of Regular Clinical Meetings - Implement and maintain MDTs to engage referring clinicians, ensure availability of necessary imaging and clinical information, and document clinical outcomes as required by stakeholders. Facilitate Productive and Lasting Customer Relationships - Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of each Territory's referrer base and implement effective strategies to develop and enhance referrer relationships and engagement. Facilitate Effective Communication Between Internal and External Customers. Management of Referrers in a Brisbane Region - Manage and maintain referrer management system Salesforce to plan effectively, monitor and measure performance and drive business outcomes. Knowledge of Clinics and Services - Ensure strong understanding of territory/region clinics and services to be able to promote and address customer needs effectively. Maintain accurate and relevant information on Competitors & Market. Relationships Management & Teamwork. Professional Development & Growth – To be able to share relevant knowledge and information with others in the team. The ideal candidate: Minimum 2 years' experience and proven success in a sales role ideally within a healthcare business environment. Strong working knowledge of radiology services and modalities, or demonstrated ability to acquire such knowledge rapidly. Proven ability to understand and disseminate technical information. Demonstrated ability to use IT sales information management software and other basic Microsoft Office applications. A current Australian Driver's Licence is required.
