No matter the role or the location, we're all united in the vision to lead the programmatic industry and make it better.As an Account Manager in our Account Services team you will be responsible for retaining and growing our key accounts via strategic partnerships, underpinned by successful campaigns and best in class service. You will also act as a mentor to junior members of the Account Services team to ensure the department is always developing and fostering the next generation of Account Managers.Client ManagementDevelop client specific strategy alongside stakeholders from Sales, Solutions, Trading, DnA and Marketing teams.Execute strategy either independently or collaboratively (with support from AM Lead).Confidently pivot focus and priorities based on new information whilst steering towards the end goal.Protect and grow MiQ's key accounts via upsell/cross sell.Actively listen to stakeholders and clients to understand their needs, and identify opportunities and solutions that cater to those needs.Flex to the needs of each client without compromising MiQ in the process and resolve any issues swiftly and without fallout.Maintain regular communication with all accounts including scheduling, hosting and supporting on face-to-face meetings, entertainment & business reviews.Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends and the impact of these on MiQ and our clients.Operations & InnovationProtect and grow MiQ's accounts via upsell/cross sellEnsure SLAs are met and campaign operations are seamlessResolve client issues quickly and without falloutMaintain regular communication with all accounts across patch including scheduling and hosting face-to-face meetings, entertainment & business reviewsView problems in new ways, consistently suggest novel approaches for all types of challenges.Proactively seek to pilot, validate, and improve new ideas or methods.Is motivated by learning opportunities and asks questions.Collaborate with Sales, Trading, Solutions & Analysis to drive performance for respective accounts.Insight DeliveryProactively connect multiple data points to deliver insight driven solutions for clients.Recognise patterns and points of differentiation to deliver robust and actionable insights.Offer constructive feedback and present proactive recommendations throughout campaigns.Influencing Deliver ideas and concepts to external stakeholders with authority, to persuade and influence decisions.Acts as a "trusted advisor" to internal and external stakeholders; sought out as a sounding board.Honestly and proactively challenges internal/external stakeholders' ideas respectfully.Continually works to expand networks by building relationships internally and across the industry.What You'll Bring~3+ years of industry experience at an advertising/media agency (or similar)Working in a team environmentClient facing experience in programmatic advertising (Client Services/ Sales Support/Ad-Ops background)High attention to detailReliableExtremely organisedProactiveMotivated by learning opportunities and asks questionsExcellent communication skillsAlignment with MiQ's core values/cultureA can-do attitude, with a dream to grow alongside us.We've highlighted some key skills, experience and requirements for this role.
