You will contribute to the success of Opal by:
Developing and managing strategic individual accounts, building a strong rapport with a variety of different stakeholders within the customer.Understanding and responding appropriately to customer needs, transitioning queries to customer service as required.Understanding customer needs and developing and implementing individual client value propositions.Preparing and reviewing sales against the budget and forecast for major customers.Developing a market plan for the assigned accounts, identifying and sizing all major customers and competitor accounts, qualifying and ranking opportunities.Looking for every opportunity for Cross Divisional Selling, support and coordination, and upsells (bags, shrink wrap, archive boxes) to customers without compromising the position of existing solutions.We are able to offer a varied career journey with experiential learning gained from cross-functional and lateral moves.

Specifically, for this role, we expect you will have:
Experience in successfully managing a portfolio of key customer accounts.Outstanding organisational and time management skills.A proven track record of delivering results and ensuring key objectives are met.A collaborative approach; fostering productive working relationships across internal teams to deliver the best result for the customer.
