This full-time permanent positionwill be based remotely in Sydney and will be required to frequently travel toour Adelaide Head Office, Queensland and rest of NSW. In this role, youwill: Develop new business opportunities for our hospital logisticsplatform and our expanding range of cloud-based solutions. Develop integral relationships with the key stakeholders acrossvarious hospital group and clinics to build and maintain a pipeline ofsales opportunities. Keep detailed support notes in our CRM system relating to ourcustomers and their needs. Provide sales and revenue forecasting. Provide customerpresentations and platform demos at initial and decision stages of thesales process. Onboard new users and trainstaff in using our platform, thanks to your sound industry knowledge andthe ability to communicate with a diverse range of customers. Provide after sale supportand address customers' queries via telephone,email and in person. Diagnose technical issuesand directing remediation activities to the development team. Work with individual KPIs. We are seekingcandidates who have: At least 4 years ofrelevant working experience in the Health Care industry, of which at least2 years in a Sales & Customer Support role. Experience in sellingcloud-based solutions and software with proven sales success. Flexibility with travel,with many last-minute trips. Demonstrated BusinessDevelopment skills and experience. Solid IT knowledge (MSOffice, HubSpot, SaaS platforms, Remote desktop support) and arecomfortable working with modern technical computing systems andapplications. Experience in dealing withDevelopment Teams to provide feedback and testing of new features. Result-orientation andentrepreneurial spirit. A willingness to takeownership of an issue and act autonomously for the right outcome for thecustomer. Strong interpersonal skillsand ability to provide simple explanations for any issues. Excellent communicationskills, both written and verbal. A willingness to takeresponsibility for their performance and know how to show initiative andmake things happen.
