Apply now!Key responsibilitiesSupport the Account Director to develop and execute a commercial plan that drives sustainable & profitable growth, aligned with Kerry's strategic growth platforms.Develop an in-depth understanding of customers, markets, competitors, and trends to identify actionable insights.Identify new sales or new product development opportunities, utilising Kerry technologies and strategic pillars & ensure a strong pipeline of new business with existing and new customers.Strong project management skillset to ensure the smooth execution of projects, managing the pipeline proactively and defending existing business across functions and business units.Maintain a high level of support to the customer in business-as-usual activities that services and supports the baseline business with the accounts.Build collaborative and cross-functional relationships with key accounts.Develop a strong understanding of key customer systems, processes, and ways of working.Qualifications and skillsBachelor's Degree with minimum 5 years in a sales/account management experience, within Food & Beverage industry.Experience within the QSR category would be preferred.Proven experience working successfully with multifunctional teams to ensure achievement of strategic business goals.
