We're looking for an Account Manager to ensure the ongoing success and growth of the Flextool portfolio in the Brisbane and North West QLD region, in this role, you will be responsible for delivering sales staff training and merchandising in a wholesale environment comprising of resellers & hire companies. Your customer portfolio will include market leading brands such Sydney Tools, Tool Kit Depot, Major Hire companies. As a member of our team, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues.

Responsibilities Creating proposalsFacilitate hands on training sessions as well as supporting a formal training offeringAttend trade shows and industry events to positively and proactively represent Flextool ProductsDelivering budgets and targets to align with the Flextool sales strategy and mirror regional needs and activities.Engage to and follow-up on sales leadsContinuously look for opportunities to expand clients baseSkills & Experience We are looking for a driven and autonomous individual who could also bring some merchandising and category management experience to this role. You will also ideally bring:
Knowledge and experience in a retail or trade related industry coupled with excellent commercial knowledge and business acumen would be advantageousProficiency in MS Office combined with strong communication skillsCapable of independently developing new business, establishing profitable relationships, and collaborating within an experienced and dynamic teamWhy DuluxGroup?
