Your Role There is no typical working week at Flybuys. But here are some of the things you might be working on, day-to-day;
This is a full-time fixed-term contract ending June 2025. Internally referred to as a Campaign Manager, your key responsibilities include:
Manage, develop and deliver Flybuys activations including Campaign setup and implementation, brief development and post campaign reviews.Responsible for the campaign process to bring marketing plans to fruition (insight, analytics, creative, execution, PIR, feedback into strategy).Execute on the annual partner CRM strategy including a multi-channel and multi-offer plan to support and deliver business objectives.Work with the Commercial Manager to develop new campaign strategies to deliver partnership growth and the best in industry campaigns for our members returns.The ability to develop campaigns that deliver on the strategic objectives of our partnerships whilst maintaining a growth mindset and best in class value proposition for our members.Responsible for leading post campaign analysis and measurements to ensure the campaign offers are performing as expected, against targets.Work closely with the analytics teams to compile the reports for internal and partner reviewPresent campaign results and finds as part of the partner quarterly reviews and cadence.Develop and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders in departments including marketing, analytics, operations, customer service and finance to ensure a seamless delivery of partnership objectivesBuild strong relationships and trust with our external stakeholders including our partnersHave an understanding of commercial acumen and budget management. Your Experience Tertiary Qualifications in Business or Marketing, or equivalent Industry experience with 3-5 years experience in campaign management.Agile experience desirableConfident and highly adaptable to working autonomously and with occasional ambiguityExcellent project management/communication/presentation skills, well organised and detail orientated.Excellent time management with ability to self manage, prioritise workload, and escalate issues when required.Experience in managing end-to-end campaigns, below the line practice ideals.Ability to liaise at a range of stakeholder management levels, with strong communications & presentation skills.Effective influencer and able to navigate internal and external organisations to build and leverage relationships.Ability to generate and/or interpret data insights to drive campaign objectives.Experience with EDM, programmatic and social media marketing channels.Strong understanding of retail category needs & requirements (desirable)The capacity to work effectively and deliver high quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.Commercial awareness and financial competence with entrepreneurial drive and business savvy.Naturally collaborative with a strong emphasis on building and leveraging relationships both internally and externally.Able to present confidently to a variety of audiences and the ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities.Your Benefits We offer our valued team members a stack of exclusive benefits!
