The Opportunity: Reporting to the Divisional Manager of our Facilities Maintenance division, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end candidate experience with Techforce.
From sourcing and screening new applicants, collecting documentation and ensuring compliance processes are completed, to coordinating and planning rosters and swings for successful candidates.
Having exceptional communication and management skills will be essential, as well as having a key eye for detail and the ability to manage high volumes of work.
In addition to this, you will have: Previous experience within recruitment agency or in-house workforce planning / scheduling environment Experience working to and exceeding targets and deliverables Developed candidate management and relationship building skills Strong time management and critical thinking ability Positive and energetic approach to your working day Resilience and confidence, driven by success Strong team ethic Benefits of working for Techforce: Above industry salary!
