Job Description Key responsibilities of the Account Manager - Ecommerce role involve: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve Ecommerce objectives for the FMCG electronics and home appliances products.
Collaborate with major corporate clients across Australia to drive engagement and increase revenue through the retail segment of the employee benefits program.
Educate existing corporate clients on the product range to increase revenue spend.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and key issues.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing teams to drive promotional material.
Attend industry events and conferences to gain market insights and build a professional network.
Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity.
The Successful Applicant A successful Account Manager - Ecommerce should have: Proficiency in Ecommerce platforms and tools.
Proven experience in selling to corporate clients.
Strong understanding of the FMCG industry.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
A proven track record in nurturing and growing existing accounts Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
