They partner with both private and government sectors to quantify sustainability impacts, empowering organisations to act towards a sustainable future.About the Role:As Decarbonisation Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of their mission, guiding clients towards their sustainability goals using their high-touch SaaS solutions. You'll thrive in their collaborative team while independently mastering their products to deliver tailored client solutions. While they operate remotely, most team members are based on the East coast of Australia, so you'll need to be located in Australia and have some overlap with Sydney business hours for effective teamwork.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and ensure they derive maximum value from their high-touch SaaS solutions.Onboarding Leadership: Lead structured onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions from sales to account management, coordinating resources and maintaining clear communication.Sustainability Mapping: Collaborate with clients to map emissions boundaries and identify broader sustainability goals, guiding them in data management and effective tool utilisation.Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of their products and effectively champion the company's solutions, tailoring them to meet specific client needs.Strategic Planning: Create tailored success plans outlining client goals and timelines, facilitating smooth transitions to their Decarbonisation Platform.Advocacy: Champion the platform as an essential tool in clients' decarbonisation journeys and advocate for client needs within the company.Project Management: Work with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and plans, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.Project Reporting & Accountability: Clearly track and account for project outcomes with colleagues and other stakeholders.Who You Are:Passionate about sustainability and decarbonisation, with a strong commitment to client success.An excellent communicator and relationship builder.A strategic thinker with strong project management skills.Self-motivated and resourceful, able to independently seek out knowledge and solutions.Familiar with software as a service (SaaS) offerings or have experience in the carbon accounting space.Comfortable working remotely and thriving in a small, dynamic team environment.Compensation:Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 (plus super) commensurate with experience and qualifications.Why Apply?They are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusivity.
