Account Manager - Customer Service & Sales Representative

MediaForm is the market leader in commercial IT supplies and print solutions. We are currently experiencing immense growth and are now looking to expand our successful team in Brisbane with a passionate , fast paced and professional sales person.  
As a company Mediaform specialises in the Print & IT space delivering excellent service and solutions from all major vendors such as but not limited to ,  HP, Samsung, Fuji Xerox, Lexmark and Brother to our business & corporate clients throughout Australia.  With offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne Mediaform is looking to build a strong team of like-minded individuals to grow within the company and service our clients with their Print & IT needs and more. 
We are currently looking at having multiple new staff join our team for varied roles in Customer Service and Sales to better assist our team.
The responsibilities will include administrative tasks,  building relationships with new clients, creating your own client portfolio whilst also continuing to work with existing Mediaform clients. These roles will be primarily in-house with the chance for going offsite for customer meetings as required to fulfil required tasks. 
Duties will include: Building, developing and maintaining long-term customer account relationshipsConstructing IT/ Print solution strategies for key clientsIdentify opportunities to add products/services with existing client accountsPlanning and developing proposalsProviding after sales careStriving to achieve monthly revenue and growth targetsEssential Criteria: Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsSales or customer services experienceWillingness to cold call & visit potential new clients Knowledge of IT / print products and industry, a willingness to learn would be highly regarded Highly motivated and able to work independentlyA fantastic company culture that encourages collaboration and teamwork This is an amazing opportunity to work with key vendors and take your career to the next level.
