About the role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager / Customer Service professional to join our growing team at Dobija Creative in Griffith, NSW.
As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in managing and strengthening relationships with our valued clients.
Your focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, while also contributing to the strategic development and growth of our client accounts.
What you'll be doing Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring excellent communication and responsiveness.Proactively identify opportunities to expand services and deepen client relationships.Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective account strategies.Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations.Provide timely and accurate reporting on account performance.Assist with the onboarding of new clients and the transition of existing accounts.Resolve client issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner.Liaise with graphic design team members on-site or freelance off-site, including providing design briefs, asset handling, and client requests, changes, artwork proofs & approvals.Help create a yearly marketing & sales strategy in collaboration with the owner & other key team members.What we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in an account management or customer service role, preferably in a creative or marketing agency environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively liaise with clients.Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Proficiency in project management, including the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Familiarity with CRM systems and project management software.Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or a related field is desirable.What we offer
