About the role We are seeking a professional, innovative, and driven Account Manager to manage and develop the largest corporate businesses in the Western Australia's Corporate / Enterprise sector. In this role, you will maximise revenue potential by continually expanding Konica Minolta's market presence in WA while driving growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our current customers. In consultation with key stakeholders, your primary accountabilities are to:
Drive market share growth through existing customers and new business in the Corporate & Enterprise vertical.Identify and develop multi-level relationships within nominated accounts and prospects.Work with customers and project managers to manage fleet and solution rollouts.Increase revenue streams and customer satisfaction.Develop and maintain your knowledge of the Konica Minolta offering and the vertical industries of your nominated accounts.Maintain & regularly update CRM.Develop an action plan to maintain relationships and regular contact within nominated accounts and opportunities.Achieve the revenue target set out for your area/portfolio.Be an active member of the WA Branch - helping to drive innovation, continue the development of a high-performance culture, and contribute to the achievement of Branch goals.To be qualified for this position, ideally your background and skills will comprise of the following:
Proven ability to create customer value through the sale of solutions and managed services.Proven Business Development and Sales into Tier 1 and 2 accounts.Demonstrable presentation skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Proficiency with CRM applications.Proven ability to develop account strategy, write and execute business plans.Hands-on management of internal processes and stakeholders through the sales process.Strong administration and project management skills to ensure deadlines and milestones are met.Exposure to sales training methodologies.Strong proficiency in MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook).Exceptional presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to monitor performance against deadlines and milestones.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Australian driver's license & Australian residency.Why Konica Minolta?
