Together, we'll innovate and excel in the ever-evolving world of e-commerce.Our team operates out of our CBD office, conveniently located near many transportation options.Key job responsibilitiesNurture relationships with our established Selling Partners in the Consumer Electronics category, fostering growth across multiple categories including Personal Computers, Home Entertainment and Mobile electronics.Build and grow relationships with a wide range of businesses, stakeholders and decision makers, from major Australian brands and retailers to Family-owned SMBs and Startups.Collaborate with Product and Program teams to support Selling Partner education and adoption of Amazon services such as Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) and Sponsored Advertising.Develop expertise in your category using internal and industry data to understand the competitive landscape, identify customer behaviours, trends and new opportunities.Relay Selling Partner needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams to help improve both Seller and Customer Experience.A day in the lifeYour core responsibility will be to manage Selling Partners in the Consumer Electronics category. You'll work to accelerate and grow these businesses, helping them adopt Amazon tools and services to reach more customers. While the role will be primarily phone and email-based, you have flexibility in how you manage your accounts and achieve your goals. You'll also have the opportunity to take on additional projects according to your strengths, interests, and the needs of the business.About the teamThe Consumer Electronics team is part of the broader third-party marketplace business. We are a high-impact team managing some of the largest and most complex Selling Partners and Programs. We come from diverse professional, educational, and cultural backgrounds, united by our passion for customer experience and the success of our selling partners!We value hard work, but we also enjoy taking time to celebrate major milestones and achievements.
