Description We are looking for an Account Manager - Closed Ended based in Melbourne. In this fund accounting role, you will ensure timely and accurate NAV calculations are prepared, reviewed and delivered on a monthly and quarterly basis, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with fund governing documents and regulatory procedures.
Job Specification: Ensure local risk management processes and procedures are in line with the Group Risk Management Framework. Operational onboard new and take-on funds, ensuring everything has been prepared before the launch. Review Limited Partner/Shareholder/Unitholder Allocation - includes review of Administration fees/ Management fees/ Performance Fee/ Waterfall calculations/ Claw back calculations. Prepare and review financial statements as required annually. Review capital calls and distribution calculations and notices. Skills Required: 4-6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry – a track record in fund management or fund administration sectors. An ability to work to and meet agreed deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. PC skills including Word, Excel and Macros in Excel (Experience on Paxus, Efront or Yardi would be an advantage).
