About the role
As our new Account Manager, you will become a trusted advisor to our portfolio of Tasmanian civil construction customers while actively identifying and pursuing opportunities for growth.
Reporting through to the Regional Manager and with the support of our technical and executive teams, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Managing the entire sales process including demonstrations, negotiations, quotations, tenders and closing.
Identifying and developing new business opportunities, strategizing sales plans, and working toward personal goals and KPIs.
Collaborating with colleagues to provide the customer with the best technical knowledge in the industry for them to be able to succeed, increase productivity, improve efficiency and safety.
Utilising CRM for the sales process, tracking opportunities, leads and cases to provide a smooth experience for the customer.
Representing SITECH at conferences, trade shows and industry functions.
About you
Our ideal candidate for this key position will be a talented construction industry professional with a demonstrated successful career history in surveying, engineering or in a similar role.
