About the Role: In line with our ongoing growth, Stowe Australia is looking to appoint a proactive and committed Account Manager to our Client Services team, primarily based in the Brisbane CBD. This role involves cultivating long-term relationships with clients, overseeing various minor projects, and ensuring the delivery of electrical and communication services. Central to this position is your ability to uphold our high standards and enhance our profitability and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and projects and service works are delivered on time and within budget. Ensuring strict adherence to HSEQ standards to maintain safety and compliance on all project and service sites. Responsible for managing financial reports and overseeing monthly client invoicing to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Identify opportunities for account growth and generate new business within existing accounts. Leading and coordinating project and service teams to maximise efficiency and performance. Understand client needs and objectives and ensure the delivery of tailored solutions. Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance. Estimating and tendering on project and service work, ensuring competitive and accurate proposals. Resolve client issues and handle complaints in a timely manner. Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. Experience: Minium of 5 years post trade electrical experience. Certificate IV in Project Management or Leadership and Management (or equivalent would be an advantage) Current Unrestricted Electrical Licence. Cablers License (Preferred). CPR & LV Rescue Certificate. Construction Industry General Safety Induction. Current Manual Drivers Licence. Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or a similar role. Previous experience in job estimating and quoting. Budget management experience. Strong understanding of relevant Australian Standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and work under pressure. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Skilled in using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook) and familiarity with simPRO is considered a plus. Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach. Benefits: Competitive salary.
