No prior recruitment experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.Key Responsibilities:Manage and develop relationships with key clients in the blue-collar sector.Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving issues.Identify opportunities for account growth and improvements in staffing solutions.Work closely with our internal recruitment team to meet client needs.Attend site visits and maintain a strong connection with client operations.This is an excellent career progression opportunity for individuals with a blue-collar background looking to step into a white-collar role.What You'll Need:Experience working in the blue-collar industry (e.g.
