What's so exciting about this role?

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of customer finance transactions from lead generation through to settlement, with a core focus on providing exceptional service to best facilitate customers' technology finance needs. You will use your relationship management skills to support the Business Development Manager, being the central BidFin contact for customers and internal stakeholders alike.

What Does An Average Day Look Like?

No day is average at BidFin, but here's an idea of what you can expect to do in this role:

Work collaboratively with the Business Development Manager and customers directly to manage finance applications throughout the full application process including credit and settlements processes.Provide a variety of support services to the BidFin team, with your intermediate to advanced level of finance knowledge.Correspond to customers in order to assist them either directly with their requirements or referring them to the appropriate department within BidFin.Liaise and engage with other functions within BidFin and throughout hummgroup including Credit, Settlements, Asset Management, and Legal to deliver an exceptional customer experience.Support the Business Development Manager in converting leads and proactively following up potential customers to maximise sales and profit targets.Assist with the implementation of sales, marketing, and promotions to customers.Assist in the identification and implementation of new practices and programs to meet organisational and customer needs. You are customer-focused, preferably with asset or technology finance experience. You have great attention to detail, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability and willingness to collaborate with everyone to get things done.
