The Opportunity: Absolute Software are currently looking for a full-time Account Manager, ANZ for their Brisbane office.
Working as part of Absolute's award-winning Sales team, the Account Manager, ANZ will be primarily responsible for developing and converting sales opportunities into sales of our products and IT solutions.
The position will be a combination of pre-sales, post-sales, order management, SFDC super user, and business development.
They are also expected to maintain job, product, systems, and tools knowledge.
Proven experience in sales required; experience as an inside or outside sales representative will be considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities: Pre-sales: New account creationsTargeted direct email & sales campaignsProspecting NNLsAssist with special pricing requestsCalculate buyback and co-term requestsAnswer and direct sales inquiry calls and emailsManage and execute internal help desk queueBuild sales pipeline and manage lead generation processHandle smaller deals from pipeline to closePost-sales: Provide daily support to the sales team on various sales administrative tasksSalesforce account maintenance as required, including updates and accurate contact/account dataEngagement with Finance, Order Management, Business Applications, and Global SupportCustomer upsells and expansionInvestigate order related issuesEnsure internal data entry compliance standards are metEnsure proper order assignment while maintaining SLA standardsManage License Compliance internal communicationsEstablish and maintain relationships with OEM Account Executives and ISRsProtect the security and privacy of Absolute and its customersParticipate in department initiatives and develop related knowledge: Attend training sessions offered; grow knowledge of Absolute products/services and internal systems and tools, including CRMStay current in Marketing collateral and related product/service positioningContribute to a customer-focused environment that encourages information sharing, team-based sales activity, and an absolute focus on new business, renewals and developmentExperience and Qualifications Required: Two (2) years of sales experience requiredTwo (2) years of experience with Salesforce and NetSuite requiredExperience in MS Excel, PowerPointExcellent customer-engagement and relationship-building skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a team-based environmentAbility to work independentlyAbility to travel for sales meetings and trainingFlexibility in work availability for extended hours at the end of the quarter, as well as working schedule of our customersThe base pay range for this position is from AUD $70,000 - $80,000 annually plus commission opportunity; the base pay offered is determined by the market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
