Account Manager - Forklift & Access Equipment Rentals
Edinburgh North, South Australia
All Lift Forklifts has been operating since 1998 and is a family-owned company.
This is an exciting opportunity to become involved in our rapidly growing family-owned rental and sales business that facilitates the hiring, selling, and servicing of Elevated Work Platforms including Scissors, Boom Lifts, Telehandlers, and Forklifts to the Construction, Material Handling, and Mining Sectors. This position will provide support and work closely with the forklift & access rental department.
Based in our new Edinburgh North Branch and reporting directly to the State Manager, you will be primarily responsible for building market share and driving revenue by developing new business.
Other duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide assistance to the rental coordinator in all aspects of the position.
Cold calling face-to-face and on the phone.
Drive revenue growth to meet and exceed agreed-upon targets on a monthly and annual basis.
Establish and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
Spend time in the field by conducting customer site visits.
Quoting on equipment for customers.

As part of your day-to-day responsibilities, you will need to maintain a high level of client service, ensuring that their needs are met, and that communication is prompt and professional.
Your strengths will include:

Experience within the Hire industry or another similar industry is highly advantageous.
Proven ability to build and foster strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
Excellent communication skills.
Highly motivated, proactive, and a can-do approach.
Good organisation skills and time management.
A great team player.

Reporting directly to the SA State Manager, we will offer a salary package depending on the skill set presented, company vehicle, phone, laptop, and an attractive commission scheme.
