This is a PERMANENT full-time role based in BRISBANE. What you'll do as an Account Manager Ad Sales:The Account Manager Ad Sales will be primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day running of top-tier clients under the guidance of a Group Sales Manager.
Some of the key responsibilities include:Managing a portfolio of clients and responsible for revenue and share targetsProactively meeting with direct clients and agencies, presenting opportunitiesWorking towards and achieving set budgets and reaching revenue targetsNegotiating deals and responding to client briefsWorking cohesively with broadcast, digital and integration teams to provide holistic solutions for our clientsWorking in conjunction with the Paramount Brand Studios team on developing and selling premium sponsorship opportunitiesProactively prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities to deliver on revenue targets and shareBuild strong relationships with clients and agenciesEmbrace new sales initiatives and improvementsManaging an Account ExecutiveWhat are the benefits?Opportunity to work in a 'converged' ad sales model across both broadcast and digital assetsWorking in a global media organisation with iconic brands, with access to one of the largest content libraries in the worldAbility to thrive in a highly successful Sales team who work hard and celebrate success regularlyMotivated and inspirational leadership who encourage your successCompetitive salary package with bonuses and loads of staff benefitsWhat are we looking for in an Account Manager?
