The Opportunity
We're seeking an Account Manager to join our Global Business team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in developing and maintaining client relationships. You'll be responsible for:
Educating and advising clients on translation products and processesActing as the main point of contact for clients and addressing their evolving needsCollaborating with Project Managers to identify client requirements, prepare quotes, and create projects for confirmed bookingsWorking alongside the marketing team to broaden Oncall's multimedia portfolio.Offering support to team members as needed 03rd May, 2024 About Us
