After four weeks of elite-level sales training, you'll join a diverse team of high performing sales professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to establish initial points of contact with current customers. The ideal candidate should be highly ambitious with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a challenging, fun work environment. As an Account Management Associate, you'll have the chance to help us increase our market share and expand our existing client base.In This Role, You Will:Serve as the first point of contact and provide product information to clientsIdentify and qualify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within our current client baseCollaborate with Account Managers to achieve client satisfaction and retention goalsMonitor and analyze client engagement to drive further opportunities and enhance relationshipsAssist in developing strategies to maximize account growth and deliver tailored solutionsProvide feedback to the product team on client needs and potential improvementsHere's What You Need:6 months - 2+ years of prior Tech/Software sales experienceExcellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to build strong client relationshipsStrong sense of initiative, problem-solving skills, and personal leadershipAbility to work effectively with a team to achieve shared objectivesDemonstrated business acumen, high ethical standards, and integrityProficient in managing multiple accounts and handling a high volume of client interactionsMust be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking in a dynamic environment
