What this opportunity involves: The Facilities Manager/Account Lead will manage the day-to-day activities for the assigned portfolio, and be the key point of contact for key stakeholders and/or clients. The role will assume overall responsibility for the global portfolio which includes 12 properties across Australia, the United Kingdom and United States. You will ensure that all preventative and reactive work orders are completed in line with SLAs. You will also ensure financial management, insurance claims, budgeting, WHS audits and regular reporting is completed. An Overview of the role: Work in conjunction with the Helpdesk and manage escalations regarding contractor mattersEffectively analyse fault logging records to identify trends and implement mitigation plans accordinglyManage asset register including building, plant and equipment inspections and reportingEnsure works do not impede occupation and/or operation of the facility without client approvalOversee compliance across the portfolio in relation to contracts, budget, KPI's, stakeholders and JLLAssist in budgeting and forecasting process and provide financial data to Finance Manager as requiredActively foster an environment encompassing teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence and personal successImplement, comply with all internal management systems such as Corrigo, JLL onsite, CMO and iComplyStrive to achieve and maintain government sustainability aspirations, work collectively with ESS team Sound like you?
