Ideally we are seeking SDRs or Recruitment Consultantswho would like to develop into a role giving full visibility over the 360 sales cycle, who are looking to contribute to to the growth of the Teamtailor brand within the Australia and NZ market.
Key Responsibilities:Consistently meet or exceed your monthly sales targets.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. This includes. Identifying and qualifying prospects,scheduling and conducting customer meetings,negotiating businessproposals and closing new opportunities
Source and qualify leads through cold calling, cold emailing and social networks like LinkedIn to identify potential clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in areas such as marketing, partnerships, or customer success.
Growth mindset:Continuously learning and understanding of our product, internal processesand industry.Team player: Provide ideas, feedback and support to your direct peer
We are looking for someone with:
Proven experience in outbound salesStrong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecastingExperience in B2B sales (with SaaS platforms is highly desirable)Passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunitiesThe ability togenerate their own leads from the ground upGreat communication and negotiation skillsSelf-motivation anda clear sense of urgency.
