Our Account Executives build relationships with customers, understanding their goals and providing tailored solutions. Whether creating pitch decks, designing marketing materials, or ensuring brand consistency, our team helps customers succeed.
We're collaborating with colleagues across Product and Marketing as we develop new Enterprise solutions.
What you'll do (responsibilities)
Account Planning: Lead with a data-driven approach to identify potential customers and translate high-level plans into targeted sales activities. Managing Pipeline + Revenue Growth: Manage pipeline and revenue forecasts using Salesforce for maximum efficiency. Customer Centric: Leverage storytelling to guide customers on a personalized journey. Be a product expert: Exhibit a deep love for Canva's product and gather customer feedback to inform the Product roadmap. Foster long-term relationships: Create lasting partnerships with customers and internal teams. Bring chaos to clarity: Simplify complex situations into digestible customer-ready stories using Canva's worksuite. What we're looking for
Experience working with large named accounts, preferably in a technology company. Proven success managing a full sales cycle with a focus on new logo attainment. Ability to navigate complex business challenges and craft solutions. Talent for creating detailed plans within intricate organizations. Skills to captivate an audience during face-to-face meetings.
