The Account Executive will sell directly to school districts, charter schools, and other educational facilities in the Arizona, Nevada, Southern California areas. The position will include prospecting, presenting to mid-level and C-level leadership, helping negotiate contracts, helping fulfill contracts, and other sales and marketing responsibilities. Pay is base plus commission with a flexible schedule and great potential.
Primary Responsibilities: Develop relationships with school admins in your territoryProspect and nurture a pipeline of opportunitiesDemo eLuma's proprietary software and solutionsSign on new accountsHelp follow through on new contractsWork with the implementation team to get new accounts up and runningRapidly build territory through thoughtful, consultative sales that position our clients for successSource, develop, and close leads through conferences, email, and marketing-generated leadsPartner with Marketing to drive marketing-qualified leads in your territoryConduct virtual and in-person meetings with decision makers in your territoryWrite, present, and execute a territory planPerform other duties as assigned.About You: Results-driven, professional, and motivated by helping a team achieve aggressive goals.Demonstrated ability to inspire and build trust through influence and live the eLuma values (visionary, empathetic, dependable, solution-oriented, value-minded).Financial acumen to maintain and grow revenue and renewalsResourceful and willing to learn and grow with a companyExperience in strategic planning and execution, contracting, negotiating, and change management.Requirements: Experience in selling to K-12 school districts or other education entitiesExperience with pipeline managementUnderstanding of SalesForce and Google Apps preferredBachelor's degree requiredAbility to travel up to 35% for team meetings, conferences, events, etc.Currently, or by the time of hire, permanently reside in Arizona, Nevada, and/or Southern CaliforniaBenefits: Health, Vision, Dental, and Life Insurance401(k)Paid Holidays and PTOIncentives and potential bonusesFlexible work schedulePlease visit our website, www.eluma.com to learn more about us and apply today.
