Account Executive – Melbourne

Permanent Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 base + super + comms (200-250k OTE) Established Salesforce Consulting Partner A Salesforce Consulting partner with a strong reputation for delivering innovative and successful Salesforce solutions is looking for a highly motivated, energetic and driven sales professional to join their growing team. Working under the Managing Director, you will build relationships with vendors and customers, be proactive in bringing in new business, and have fun outstripping the competition in performance and partnership!

The Role The opportunity to join the professional services organization as the Customer Advocate (ANZ) awaits someone with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and natural leadership instincts. You will gain experience interacting with clients of all levels, in various industries and across a broad geographical area. Ideal candidates should be eager to grow and advance their careers, be proactive and people-focused to get involved and help us shape our business and culture during this extremely exciting phase of our business.

Responsibilities Reporting to a progressive, energetic and development-focused leader, a normal day for an Enterprise Account Executive would include:

Build a sales pipeline, both individually and in collaboration with extended teams Manage full sales cycle in a consultative manner, achieving quarterly and annual targets.

Build on and establish relationships with Salesforce through both inbound and outbound efforts. Partner with our teams to prove value and problem-solve for customers to help them to think about and see solutions to their business challenges Experience working closely with Vendor Account Managers to develop relationships, pipeline and positive customer experiences Experience We want to hear from anyone as passionate as we are!! To stand out you should have exceeded: Proven track record of exceeding quota 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience in a B2B SaaS vertical Experience understanding and capturing customer business problems Experience working closely with pre-sales and delivery teams Professional Services sales experience Experience or understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem is desired but not essential Passion, enthusiasm, energy, humour, and the ability to convey this through phone and email communications Ability to help people think about their problems differently and provide solutions Experience with Salesforce a plus Why you should apply Amazing growth opportunities Year on year double-digit revenue growth Work with a team passionate about technology and the impact it has to better people's lives How to apply Get involved – click theApplybutton to submit your application.
