This includes Ricoh Production Print Workflow Solutions suite and a range of light, mid and high-end colour and monochrome digital presses with in-line and offline finishing systems. Your role is primarily new business development with expectations of strong year-on-year growth.Key Roles & Responsibilities:Consistently achieve periodic sales revenue and unit targets for a range of Ricoh Production Print Solutions (Hardware & Software).Grow Production Print Solutions business through solution sales approach by engaging in high-level and long-term business development and relationship-building activity aimed at key strategic targets within the Production Print market.Prepare and present tailored/customised solutions to assist customers in achieving their business goals.Manage leads from all sources with prompt follow-ups.Liaise with professional services, customer care, finance, and other business divisions to ensure a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction.Territory planning and management to ensure expected 'territory coverage' is consistently achieved.To Be Successful in This Role:5+ Years quota carrying sales and account relationship management experience.Production Print Industry Experience.Successful sales targets achievements and strong desire to over-achieve revenue goals.Evidence of results prospecting and creating more than 50% of your own pipeline.Track record of business/account plan development and execution.Strong sales skills including business justification, negotiation, and closing.Ability to operate in both hunting and farming models.Strong influencer and negotiator.What We Give Back to You:At Ricoh, we take pride in giving back for your contribution to our success.
