Account Executive - Ndis Software Sale

Are you a driven, high-energy sales professional ready to make waves in the NDIS space? This role is all about bringing game-changing software solutions to service providers in areas like client care, billing, scheduling, compliance, improving efficiency and meeting NDIS demands. With over 1,600 clients already on board, the company is poised to break into Tier 1 markets and you'll be at the heart of this push.

About the Role
This is a 100% new business role focused on strategic selling, building relationships, closing deals with NDIS planners, support workers and allied health sectors. While you'll benefit from inbound leads, your primary task is outbound sales - engaging with key stakeholders through industry events, trade shows, leveraging tools like Lusha to pinpoint and influence decision makers. You'll craft pursuit and capture strategies to win deals and engage in top-level conversations to demonstrate value.

What You'll Do Sell a tailored software solution that enhances NDIS providers' operational efficiency and service deliveryStrategically map stakeholders, develop key connections and use a capture-and-pursuit methodologyEngage with special interest groups and key players through networking events and direct outreachFocus on solution selling, guiding clients from pitch to closure with a deep understanding of NDIS complexitiesIdeal Profile NDIS experience: You know the market, have connections and understand its intricaciesSolution sales expertise: Ability to pitch, tell a compelling story and close effectivelyStrategic planning: Proven capability to plan and execute in complex sales landscapesHigh energy and outbound focus: Bring drive, persistence and thrive on resultsResults-driven: You're focused, motivated by success and know how to get deals donePackage Competitive compensation: $140K Base, $200K OTE + Super.An opportunity to work with a solvent, independently operated company and take on a role with massive market potentialReady to make an impact?
