Our Account Executives work closely with our customers to understand their goals and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
What you'll do (responsibilities)
Account Planning: Lead with a data-driven approach to identify and reach out to potential customers likely to benefit from Canva's products. Managing Pipeline + Revenue Growth: Manage pipeline and revenue forecasts using Salesforce for maximum efficiency and visibility. Customer Centric: Leverage compelling storytelling to guide customers on a personalized journey. Be a product expert: Exhibit a deep love for Canva's product and gather customer feedback to inform the Product roadmap. Foster long-term relationships: Build lasting partnerships with customers and internal teams. Bring chaos to clarity: Simplify complex situations into digestible customer-ready stories and materials using Canva's worksuite. What we're looking for
Experience working with small to medium-sized accounts, ideally within a technology company. Proven success managing a full sales cycle, including prospecting. A talent for navigating complexity and understanding business challenges. Skills to create detailed plans within intricate organizations. Ability to captivate an audience during face-to-face meetings. Track record of leading successful negotiations. Comfortable navigating uncertainty in a fast-paced environment.
