ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to existing customers to generate appointmentsConduct outbound calls to cold leads to generate new businessConduct outbound sales calls to potential customers ensuring relevant questions are asked to uncover their needsConduct online research on potential customersData entry into in-house/external systems and CRMOvercome objections effectively and in a friendly mannerComplete screen share meetings and product demonstrations ensuring key performance indicators (KPI's) are metReach out to potential clients through media channels such as Facebook or LinkedInAd hoc tasks and provide assistance and backup to team members as required to ensure the successful operation of the CompanyAny other duties as reasonably required by the Company that you are skilled and capable of performingWHS ResponsibilitiesEmployees will:
Keep their workplace safe, clean and tidyReport all hazards, near misses, incidents and injuries to their ManagerParticipate in workplace safety meetings if requiredParticipate in the development and review of safe procedures if required and comply with those proceduresAttend WHS training if requested and apply what is learnt in the workplaceWear and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) when providedUndertake rehabilitation and Return to Work program requirements, if injuredRequirementsKnowledge, Skills and Attributes Required: Proven sales experience (B2B or B2C)Proven track record achieving sales KPI'sMinimum of 12 months sales experienceA consultative approach to sales and customer serviceStrong verbal and written communication skillsA friendly phone mannerHighly confident both over the phone and in personAbility to quickly build rapportPerseverance, resilience and a desire to overcome objectionsA strong team playerThe ability to work autonomously with excellent time managementWhy You'll Join Us: At Birdeye, we are relentless innovators driven by a singular goal: to lead our category with unparalleled excellence.
