Account Executive (Mandarin Speaking)

Job Responsibilities:To handle FULL SET ACCOUNT included Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation and General Accounting / Finance functions.To process payment and petty cash reimbursement relating to vendor and staff claims.To prepare bank and other accounts related reconciliations.To ensure accurate, complete, and up-to-date monthly accounts, cash flow statement, staff claims and various reports.Establish effective internal control procedures to improve accounting and reporting systems.To assist in collating, analyzing, summarizing and preparing accounts information and trends for finance reports, audit & tax purpose.To perform systematic filing with proper labels.Assist on any ad-hoc tasks required by other departments.Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent.At least 3 years of working experience in accounting.Required languages: Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.Committed, analytical, self-motivated and able to work independently.Good communication and interpersonal skills, meticulous, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.A team player with a high degree of honesty and integrity.Able to start immediately is an added advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
