About the role The Account Executive (AE) Manager in the APAC region will wear a couple hats, acting as APAC's AE team leader, while supporting regional sales goals with their own book of business.
Managing AEs while supporting quota attainment goals, this person will lead by example, coaching and motivating a high-performing sales team while setting an active example for revenue growth.
In addition to the day-to-day work of overseeing team performance, supporting ongoing team communication, providing feedback and coaching, and serving as the single point of contact between the team and the executive leadership, APAC's AE Manager will be responsible for owning or impacting the following:
Achieving individual monthly sales quota while overseeing team productivity and performance Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of Account Executives to meet and exceed sales targets; providing feedback and development through syncs, team stand-ups, 1:1 coaching, and effective asynchronous communication.
Monitoring metrics and KPIs to ensure success, implementing supportive action when needed Acting as liaison between the APAC sales team and internal stakeholders to align priorities and resources Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive regional growth; adapting as the market demands; proactively identifying scalable solutions Conducting live product demos, managing high-value client relationships, and closing key deals Providing accurate forecasts and reports to senior leadership, transparently communicating pipeline health and team performance This is a full time, fully remote and contracted position, for which we're considering candidates residing in Sydney, Australia, able to support customers and their teammates in the APAC region.
About you Equal parts motivated and motivating, you're energized by leading and supporting high-performing teams, but not ready to put down your own book of business just yet.
You're enthused to support a small AE team, bringing your own know-how, appropriate top-down transparency, and strategic sales savvy to improve mid-funnel processing and effectively and supportively coach on an individual and team level.
Your direct reports rely on you to investigate opportunities for improvement, clear obstacles to success, and balance support and accountability to create a motivating, energizing atmosphere.
Your leadership relies on you to provide clear forecasting and reporting, build transparency, and autonomously manage your team's and your own performance.

What you should have While we welcome experience from a wide range of career and industry backgrounds, all candidates should meet the following qualifications for consideration:
Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in full-cycle sales, preferably within the tech industry or start-up environment Experience leading a sales team, either as a Senior Account Executive or Manager/Lead Proven proficiency in full-cycle sales, account management, and partnership development Demonstrated track record of proactively leading, coaching, and mentoring productive and engaged teams to success against ambitious sales goals We'll be particularly excited if you also have Experience in early-stage startups (Seed through Series B or similar) Experience in the fitness or wellness industries About the interview process This role includes a 4-step interview process, with 2.5-3 total hours of scheduled time meeting with Momence teammates.
