Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and drive market share across APAC. Identifying and building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the legal industry. Collaborating with our product teams to ensure alignment of the product to client needs. Working closely with marketing to design and execute campaigns, building awareness and interest, and strengthening the Draftable brand. Conducting product demos and managing the end-to-end sales process to ensure prospective clients understand the benefits of Draftable. Negotiating and closing deals while ensuring high client satisfaction for lasting relationships. Staying on top of industry and competitor trends. You'll Thrive Here If You Have up to 5 years' experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a background in legal technology a bonus. Have a proven track record of navigating long sales cycles (6 months to 2 years), successfully engaging with conservative buyers. Excel in communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions and tailor messaging to various stakeholders. $220,000 + On Target Earnings (OTE) inclusive of Superannuation. Uncapped incentive plan and earning potential.
