Job DescriptionJoin us as an Account Executive at Akeneo, where you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our presence by selling innovative solutions to leading brands. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you'll be part of the APAC sales team, known for its strong sense of collaboration and collective success, where every contribution is recognized and celebrated. Responsibilities: Manage and grow a pipeline of mid-market accounts, driving new business while fostering long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.Act as a lead on complex sales cycles by maintaining regular communication with prospects, adjusting strategies and managing negotiations while addressing the concerns of multiple stakeholders to close high-value deals.Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales engineering, marketing, and customer success, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and align with company goals.Work with Akeneo's strategic partners to identify and close sales opportunities, ensuring seamless collaboration and leveraging partner relationships to drive joint success.Build and maintain a deep knowledge of the company's products and market trends to create compelling value propositions that resonate with mid-market buyers and address their unique business challenges.Leverage CRM tools (like Salesforce) to track and update deal stages, providing accurate and insightful sales forecasts that keep leadership informed on pipeline health and revenue potential.QualificationsYou have +4 years in a closing role selling SaaS solutions (experience in the e-commerce industry would be a plus).You have experience leading complex sales cycles involving different touchpoints, such as internal teams (e.g. Pre-Sales, Customer Success) and partners (e.g. System Integrators, ISVs).You are comfortable presenting in front of C-levels and have strong communication skills.You can work autonomously but also value collaboration and teamwork.Life at AkeneoCulture Diverse, cross-cultural team.Annual All Staff gathering week, office parties, team offsite.Top-notch 8-week onboarding program for new teammates.General Competitive package.Time Off Flexible working hours and hybrid setup (up to 3-4 days per week working from home).16 weeks paid maternity leave (30 days paid leave if you are the second parent).25 days holiday per calendar year in addition to Public Holidays.Work from Anywhere Scheme - Explore the possibility of working from anywhere in the world for up to 30 days per year.Health & Wellness Individual and confidential coaching sessions with a mental health practitioner.Equipment Best-in-class communication and collaboration tools: Slack, Notion, Google Suite, Jira, GitHub...AUD 750 personal hybrid working allowance.Professional Development Participation in in-house events or industry events.AUD 1,000 learning budget per employee per year.Perks & Discounts USD 60/month for eco-friendly commuting options.Corporate Responsibility Employee Volunteering programme with two days per year dedicated to supporting charities.Interview ProcessInitial 30-minute conversation with a Talent Partner.Interview with the VP of Sales.Small sales presentation in front of the VP of Sales and someone from the GTM APAC team.Informal interview to meet future colleagues.Sign your offer!If you're interested in this position, click the Apply button to proceed!
