Account Executive
Location: Sydney
Reports To: Director, working within the Product Team

As part of their 5-year growth plan, they are looking for an entrepreneurial and highly motivated Account Executive to join the product team and make a tangible difference in achieving commercial outcomes while enhancing customer experiences.

Role Overview:
As an Account Executive reporting to the Product Director, your primary responsibility will be managing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results. Your ability to grow accounts, identify new opportunities, and drive successful project outcomes will be crucial to our success.

Key Responsibilities: Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of services and studies.Customer Service Excellence: Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via email or phone, ensuring a positive client experience.Collaboration: Work closely with the product team to initiate, monitor, and successfully close awarded studies. Provide end-to-end project management for client requests.Market Insight: Assist the Product Owner and Business Development team in identifying new clients, channels, and growth areas.Data Management: Maintain centralized information systems, providing accurate and timely updates for daily briefings and weekly account activity reporting.Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify, propose, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and quality.Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyze feedback from clients to inform new features and improve the study experience for both clients and participants.Project Tracking: Track budgets, delivery timelines, and performance metrics related to successful trial delivery.Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, particularly in clinical trial recruitment.User Testing Support: Assist in user acceptance testing, ensuring outcomes align with the product objectives. What We're Looking For: Educational Background: A degree in Business, Science or Marketing, or a related field +1-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive and curious mindset, eager to grow, learn, and make an impact on the company.Client-Focused: Ability to build relationships, understand customer journeys, and deliver on their needs with a high level of service.Project Management Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Contracting Knowledge: Familiarity with contracting and business processes is a plus.Industry Awareness: A passion for continuous learning and an interest in clinical trial recruitment and technology.Team Player: Collaborative and adaptable with a positive attitude toward working with others to achieve common goals.
