Job no: EDXYN Category: Sales Drive sales results by building and maintaining strong customer relationships Extensive training and ongoing support provided Fantastic career progression opportunities About the Role Reporting to the State Sales Manager, this diverse role will manage a portfolio of accounts, supporting our Bunnings and independent hardware channels and acting as a Leader with the NSW Sales team, providing coaching and development to deliver growth in profit and volume.
Working across a key territory (including suburbs in Sydney Shire, Bondi and Alexandria) you will focus on achieving ongoing commercial growth, building strong relationships, and adding value to your customers through providing exceptional customer service.
From an operational level you will monitor strategy and input to the portfolio business plans ensuring compliance and continuous improvement with store standards.
As a key member of the sales team you will coach and support the Selleys Sales Executives with data analysis, implementing best practice standards and improving the off-location foot print in stores.
Skills and Experience You will have a passion for sales and a genuine desire to help customers overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
You will be known for your ability to close a sale, and will be motivated by developing others while progressing your career with a market leader.
