We are now looking to add to our small but high-performing sales team to drive our next phase of expansion.

The Team You will report to Rhori Stein, Sales Lead, and be a key player in building our distinctive sales function.
This role provides a unique opportunity to help create and shape a sales structure that is perfectly aligned with our goals in the capital markets.
As part of a small, agile team consisting of two Account Executives and two SDRs, you'll contribute to developing effective sales processes and strategies.
You'll have the chance to influence how our sales function evolves, ensuring it meets the needs of our market and supports our growth.
This role offers significant growth potential, allowing you to drive change and make a substantial impact on our sales operations.
Your contributions will be vital in shaping a high-performing team and driving our success.
The team is Melbourne based and works in the office 3-4 days per week.
The JourneyWithin 3 months Get up to speed on the current product, business and sales strategies;Become familiar with the capital markets space to gain a deeper understanding of our client's needs and the challenges they face;Empathise with the challenge of being a leader in listed markets by attending our Community events;Shadow the existing sales team to gain perspective on the current process.Within 6 months Start contributing to the company's growth by bringing on new clients.Work cross-functionally with our teams.
In particular, using your insight into our customers and market to assist with product development;Contribute to the strategy for the Sales team and begin defining new processes and best practices;Ramp-up to effectively and independently execute by the end of the 6-month period.Long term Stay abreast of sales trends, market changes and challenges our customers face to continue to be a source of authority to our clients.Use your market exposure to inform product direction.InvestorHub invests in its people.

About YouMinimum 2 years of either B2B sales experience, experience pitching to C-level executives, or experience working with public companies.Keen knowledge of capital markets; interested in market dynamics and what makes companies grow.Happy to be in an office-first environment.Genuine interest in people and building relationships.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Evidence of high achievement in previous roles.Early-stage startup sales experience is a plus.Must be willing and able to travel domestically.
