You will report to the Managing Principal responsible for managing the team.
The role can grow into a specialised Account Broker or suit an individual who simply loves a support role and job security.What is in it for you?Leading training and development program.Brand new agile workspace on St Georges Terrace.Professional environment where your career path really matters and is supported in our global organization.Great team environment with energetic and supportive colleagues.Genuine work life balance.In this role you will be responsible for:Working in a team based servicing environment, servicing Risk Management clients, through their insurance renewals and annual insurance cycle.Support to Senior Account Executives and Principals with portfolio management.Assist with the development, implementation and management of risk management and insurance programs which accurately address client needs.Establishing, development and maintenance of long term relationships with key decision makers.Acquiring and understanding the client's business and insurance needs.Identifying products which benefit the client and meet their needs.Timely and accurate processing of invoices, policy accounting information, quotations, premium calculations, policy wording, certificates of currency and all other documentations.Liaising and negotiating with clients, underwriters and claims managers.Develop and maintain a basic technical understanding of relevant classes of insurance and specialist services which the company offers to its clients.We would like you to have: Dedicated to quality in all aspects of your work performance and client services, with a passion for customer service.A team player who naturally maintains solid working relationships with colleagues, clients, insurers and other relevant stakeholders.Excellent communication style to effectively associate with various audiences.Displays sound listening and comprehensive skills.Comprehensive planning and organisation skills to ensure that work is completed efficiently and on time.Experience in an insurance broking, claims or underwriting environment – Tier 1 or prepared to work towards.Computer literacy, including intermediate skills in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Word
