Provide superior support to property relationship director and bankers at St George.Be responsible for retaining and growing customer value by fulfilling customer needs and enquiries through unmatched services to drive growth and deepen relationships.Work closely with key internal stakeholders, such as Transactional, EF and Property, to ensure the best solutions for our customers.Act to balance service levels, operational effectiveness, and quality and risk exposures.Have a passion for customers and improve their experience by focusing on improving the drivers of customer experience.
