This role blends account management, sales growth, and hands-on technical service delivery.You will play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction, growing revenue, and driving operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure account security and retention by building strong relationships with customers and implementing effective management processes.Identify opportunities to expand product applications and acquire new business, ensuring profitability.Deliver on commitments by servicing customer accounts, including regular contact, technical troubleshooting, and support.Conduct installations, preventative maintenance, basic repairs, and servicing for dosing and dispensing systems.
