Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development: Identify and target potential clients, build relationships, and close sales to meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demos, effectively communicating the value of our solutions to prospective clients.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align efforts and improve overall customer experience.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Qualifications: Experience: 4+ years of quota-carrying experience in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to diverse audiences.
Sales Acumen: Ability to follow a sales process that enhances the buyer's journey.
Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
