Position Overview We are looking for an Account Executive to join our ANZ Fusion Platform Sales Team.This position is based in Australia (remote role) and you will report to the APAC Sales Manager.Autodesk Fusion is currently the fastest growing 3D software solution in the design and manufacturing industry.In this position, you will be part of the sales team to support that growth and work with the marketing team and other members of the organization to experience the process of further growing the business.The Fusion Account Executive sources and grows their own pipeline of Fusion Platform Opportunities (full-cycle sales) within SMB/Territory accounts.Discovery skills and a high degree of accountability with managing both transaction and strategic opportunity pipelines will fulfill quarterly sales quotas.We have a dedicated team of Fusion Technical Sales Specialists to help address technical needs and progress deals to close.Also, you will be aligned with Strategic and Territory Sales Representatives, Mid-Market Territory Account Executives, and Named Account Reps to lead Fusion Platform Deals of increasing size across both new logo and existing Autodesk Accounts.ResponsibilitiesGrow the Fusion business by qualifying inbound trial leads and outbound prospecting new/existing accountsBe measured by results opportunities created, talk time and demos heldManage a pipeline of Fusion Opportunities from prospecting to creation to closeCollaborate with Autodesk WWS (World-Wide Sales) Sales to create and guide Fusion Platform opportunitiesUse Technical Reps to grow deal size or advance purchase decision within opportunitiesCommunicate Autodesk's vision with the Fusion Industry PlatformCreate target account lists and prospect new business in your territoryAchieve quarterly quotas towards yearly goalsOccasional assistance with key account renewalsRespond well to on-the-job coaching, self-learning and replicating best practiceMinumum Qualifications3+ year of sales experience (Business Development, Account Executive)Over-the-phone discovery skillsExperience with Salesforce (or comparable CRM), prospecting tools, Zoom and VoIPSaaS experienceManufacturing Business Industry Knowledge is desirable but not requiredSelf-starter, high energy, aggressive and results oriented3-5 Years of Inside Sales or Business Development experience is requiredStrong desire to be in technology salesTrack record of successful prospecting & lead generationExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAdditional languages of Japanese, Chinese, and Korean are a plus to support customers in the APAC regionAbility to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyDrive to continually improve your sales skills through on the job coaching, self-learning and as defined by Autodesk sales career progression framework#LI-JT1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!Amazing things are created every day with our software – from the greenest buildings and cleanest cars to the smartest factories and biggest hit movies.We help innovators turn their ideas into reality, transforming not only how things are made, but what can be made.We take great pride in our culture here at Autodesk – our Culture Code is at the core of everything we do.Our values and ways of working help our people thrive and realize their potential, which leads to even better outcomes for our customers.When you're an Autodesker, you can be your whole, authentic self and do meaningful work that helps build a better future for all.Ready to shape the world and your future?Join us!Salary transparencySalary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package.Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location.In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on discretionary annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock or long-term incentive cash grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.Sales CareersWorking in sales at Autodesk allows you to build meaningful relationships with customers while growing your career.Join us and help make a better, more sustainable world.Learn more here: Diversity & BelongingWe take pride in cultivating a culture of belonging and an equitable workplace where everyone can thrive.Learn more here: Are you an existing contractor or consultant with Autodesk?Please search for open jobs and apply internally (not on this external site).
